Two girls,once two little girls whose childhood had been violently ripped from their hands;
Two hearts,one no longer saw a motivation for which to beat while the other was thrilled at the 'idea of finding one to continue doing so;
Two simple faces,on them coincided the pains caused by people who justified their actions with "take it as a game",but games should not have left indelible marks inside and outside the heart;
Four eyes,two were looking at life trying to find meaning in it,trying to fight and always start a new day,the other two on the other hand saw no reason to keep opening up;
Four hands,creating a language that even being non-verbal conveys emotions in a greater way than words can. Two were quite cared for,most of the time they were clenched and hidden in their pockets like a butterfly locked in a cocoon,for fear that someone might pull them out again and ruin them. The other two,on the other hand,were combative,seeming strong only because they were surrounded by past scars,but according to her,they were not signs of strength but of weakness;
Two souls,bound by a simple red thread,a thread that united not only their souls but their minds,their hearts,their bodies,their fears,their beliefs,simply everything that made them human. In the end it was not so simple,the thread was like a puzzle,one had to solve it and unravel all the knots created by themselves...how? Good question.
This thread and all the qualities caused by it was called interconnection. Nice word isn't it? It sounds like something purely extraordinary,it is. What is it? Well,an inexplicable connection,something that unites two souls at all times,it is not just a simple connection,but a relationship in which the actions,emotions and destiny of one directly influence the other,creating a bond that goes beyond limits.

Everybody knows the infamous Marvel stories and the characters within them. It's fiction, a simple fragment of a superior universe made into comic books containing men in colorful tights and bodies to die for.
What if it was real? What if everything we knew about these so-called "fiction" stories were in fact true. What if those superheroes that we fantasized over walked amongst us on the Earth, saving us from evil, yet kept hidden from the powerful clutches of the world's political leaders.
Megan Xavier Brooks got to meet, arguably, the dreamiest superhero of them all, Captain America.
Follow Megan and Steve in this heartwrenching, eye-opening, funny, and wholesome novel as they discover themselves and their friends.
*All characters belong to Stan Lee and Steve Dipko and the Disney Marvel franchise except for my OC which is Megan Xavier Brooks.*
