Catherine Cross is an 18 year old girl who just moved to the town of Thistlewood after her mom passed last summer. While nervous, she is ready to get her senior year over with so she can move far away and go to university, begin her life. Everything changes when she meets Maverick and Scarlett.
Maverick Steele and Scarlett Skye have been best friends since they were 10 years old. They run jobs for Mavericks father who is a mafia boss. They are also known as Venom and Viper when doing so, raining down terror, fear and death on the ones unfortunate enough to cross them and Mavericks father. Maverick is ready to take on for his father when he graduates, already recruiting Scarlett as his right hand man (or woman). They share everything. And I do mean everything. When they meet Catherine, everything they know is thrown out the window.
When Maverick and Scarlett are running jobs, the chapters will be in their nicknames. Otherwise, it will be their government names.
