I Saw Her Standing There: A Beatles Fanfic

1958. Catherine Bryne is fifteen and from a comfortably middle-class Irish family in Allerton, Liverpool. Despite her young age, she has a list of dreams written in her heart. She is happily engaged in a relationship with a childhood friend, Paul McCartney, and is an aspiring novelist. 1964. Following her graduation from the Belvedere Academy, twenty-one-year-old Catherine Bryne is hired as an assistant reporter for the Daily Express. One of her first duties is to interview the rising boy band, The Beatles, and accompany them to their American tour.
