"We die in the dark so that you may live in the light." The SCP Foundation is a shadow organization with a mission to preserve normalcy for the rest of the world. Their modus operandi is simple: if it's anomalous and threatens to shatter the illusion of normalcy they will contain it, keep it secure, and protect the rest of the world from the burden of knowing the truth. Site-19 is one of the Foundation's more infamous containment facilities. Subterranean, labyrinthian, the anomalies get progressively more dangerous the deeper you go. Doctor Zara Withers is a senior researcher with a knack for survival, a trait highly valued in the SCP Foundation. Unfortunately, everyone's luck runs out, and she wound up with an assignment that didn't guarantee any semblance of safety. So now her only option was to just hope and pray to whatever God would listen that she lived long enough to figure a way out of the situation.

Site-44

**this is outside the canon of the scp universe and its my own version of site-44. i highly recomend reading the og stuff on the foundation wiki!!** What do you even do when you sneak into an SCP Foundation site? Run? Pretend you saw nothing? Hope they don't notice you first? People laugh when I say this. "The SCP Foundation isn't real," they scoff. That's what I used to think too. That's what they want you to think, dummies. But I don't laugh anymore. Not after Essex.
