i was supposed to be watching them.

that was the assignment. not loving them. not stealing from them and definitely not, leaving them in pieces on the board.

i was a spy but somewhere along the way .. i stopped working for agency and started working for myself.

love is a currency. trust is leverage and i was too damn good at cashing both in. one by one, they let me in.
