Elian Ramos, a 20-year-old tourism student, only wants two things in life:
To become a flight attendant like his late father, and to take his sick mom to the places they used to dream of.

He's a full-time student, a part-time service crew in a Japanese restaurant, and a full-time caregiver to the only person he has left. Between exams, overtime shifts, and unspoken grief, Elian has mastered the art of surviving.

Until Mark comes in, a nursing student with a soft voice, warm eyes, and a kind of calm Elian isn't used to.
