The year magic disappeared was the year the war ended. 
In the present day, Ren's life changes when she slips through a crack in what she discovers to be the Veil. The myths and tales her father told her younger self seemed too lifelike for her to be dreaming. Gem magic, creatures built from magical energy, a whole world hidden from the rest of civilization. 
When Ren comes across an old atlas sitting in what seemed to be a broom closet, she is led on the quest of a lifetime with her new companions. 


*This is a fantasy adventure series that has been in my brain for four years. I plan on eventually publishing this. However, I would love some opinions! What is published here will be a first draft. I will be updating regularly to stay consistent, keep myself accountable, and accept as much feedback as possible! Hope you enjoy!
