Are you a teenager, within the ages 13 to 18? If you are, you can join "Who are you" where you compete for the title of winner. You can be a beginner or a published writer, we don't care. 

Simple outline:

There will be 8 contestants, 6 rounds and 48 short stories, which all of these stories will be put into a book. However, there will be three winners, who will have their own short story books. More prize details inside. Will you join?
