The Phoenix Organization has successfully forced themselves in the Midwest of the US. Their goals are unknown by the masses but they seem to have left most people alone. But as more people go missing and more towns and cities get razed and burned the country cries out for a hero to stop them.
Marcus Dain is a young man who lost everything to Phoenix. He becomes trapped wandering the streets by himself with his family nowhere to be found, harassed by Phoenix at every turn it seems until one day a mysterious man approaches him with a map...
