Vaena Velaryon was a happy young girl, running around the Red Keep bringing smiles to Lords and Ladies alike. But everything would change after Laena's funeral when love blooms and families tear apart.
When Luke's inheritance is questioned, Vaena and her family go to King's landing. Although an important meeting, this is when betrothals were made. Betrothals that would be a huge part in the impending war to come.
But how can Vaena be married to someone when her heart already belongs to another? How will she survive the hardships during her marriage when she and her lover are trapped on different sides of the war?
