This story is about a man writing his diary about his life together with his wife. From high school memories to marriage. Then one day, everything changes after an accident.
But as the days go on, something starts to feel strange. People around him act differently and there's this lingering feeling that something isn't right.

"The Door Left Open" symbolizes unfinished endings, or the boundary between holding on and letting go. It suggests that someone is waiting - that someone left the door open, believing that the person they love might walk through it again.
