Who knows what year it was. Or what time it was. But there were no clocks to check. Or calendars. Everything was destroyed. There was a mix of gases lingering in the air from various buildings and cars. The sky was an indescribable mix of colors. Unmanned vehicles lay across the highways, never to be driven again. Houses and shop windows were all smashed and empty, never to be visited again. Park swings swayed in the wind where happy young children would once play. Office blocks and skyscrapers slowly crumbling from continuous years of rust and decay. There was an eerie silence. But no one was there to hear it. There would never be anyone to hear it. Because no one ever saw it coming...

They said that "Changing is part of LIFE.", at least that's what the CSD (Change and Save Department) used to say. They thought they created a "cure". A cure to save many people's lives from sickness, cancer, and all. Unfortunately... They were wrong. It was fine at first... However, their first test subject? It was for no good. Instead of a cure, they made a "virus". The virus is incurable for now. Many people protested against the CSD and the government. It changed.. but it was never saved... They said that once they bit you, in an hour the virus will spread throughout your body and kill you, then you'll be alive but not like you used to be. There are many survivors, but there are also many who have been turned into monsters. They call these monsters, "zombies". The CSD promised that they'll find a cure, but much-lost hope, lost hope for being alive, lost hope for survival. A 17 yrs. the old girl was in between that. Everything might sound and look horrible but she never lost hope for survival. "I'm running out of food.." she kept on talking to herself since there was no one but her. She saw a grocery store nearby so she checked it out if there were food, and fortunately, there was. She stuffed the food in her bag until she heard something. "Is someone there?" She asked, she hoped it wasn't what she thought about but there it was. The zombie's legs were twisted so it will have a hard time catching her. However, she never encountered that close. She stuffed the last food in her bag and ran. She ran to the girl's restroom. When she opened the door there were zombies! It almost caught her but fortunately, nothing happened to her. She ran back but there were more! "Please don't say this is how I'm going to die!" She said to herself. Is she going to die? Who will she meet? Will they survive this cruel world?? Hello, my name is Adam, and if you're reading this, then i have either succeeded or i am dead. 4 years ago, my middle school class went on a trip, and on our way back, we were interrupted by Hurricane Nathan, the hurricane responsible for the apocalypse. The hurricane didn't kill me, but it put me into a coma. I awoke 4 years later, and the world had changed. The world is ruled by guns and so are my friends and family, and the love of my life. I have to talk some sense into them but i'll have to survive long enough to meet them. This WILL be hard.Complete

The year is 1964, but the surface has not felt human footsteps for nearly half a century. The Great Retreat of 1919 forced the remnants of civilization underground after World War I spiraled out of control. The war did not end-it merely burrowed deeper. Poisoned by mustard gas storms, chemical fires, and plagues, the surface is a wasteland of twisted metal and abandoned battlefields. Cities stand as hollowed ruins, their streets buried under layers of ash and dust. The sun is a faded memory, its warmth replaced by the choking heat of oil-fed infernos. Humanity crawled underground, carving vast tunnel networks and cavern-cities in the bones of the earth. Here, in the damp dark, people breathe recycled air, eat fungus grown from the dead, and drink from seeping cracks in ancient stone. The tunnels are endless, a maze of bunkers, collapsed mines, and fortresses built into the rock. The deeper one goes, the easier it is to forget the surface ever existed. War never ended-it just changed battlefields. Two factions, trapped in their endless conflict, send wave after wave of soldiers to die in the tunnels. The Golden Empire A militaristic theocracy that foolishly believes that God has not yet mankind. Their soldiers march in formation, clad in gold-plated armor, chanting hymns as they die for a war they cannot win. The Royal Nation A fractured, industrial war machine, where duty replaces faith. They ration food, force conscription, and manufacture war endlessly. Their soldiers wear hate on their sleeves, marching toward death with polished bayonets. Neither side will surrender. Battles are won and lost over mere yards of dirt, trenches collapse under the weight of bodies, and chemical gas drifts through the underground like creeping death. The surface is dead. The underground is soon to follow.
The Grave Walkers
It all happened in one day. The nuclear explosion. The gas spilling out of the nuclear plant and poisoning people. The gas moving over the grave yard and the dead popping out a couple minutes later. People eating others. It's so much. I don't know if I will be able to survive.Complete
Nimbus
Rain. What do you think of when you hear that word. Do you think of a relaxing day, where you're laying in your comfy bed as you listen to the droplets peck at your window. Or, do you imagine playing in a big rain puddle with your friends until you are all soaking wet. Well, nowadays, rain does not mean anything but danger. In a world where giant beasts rise from the ground only when it storms, havoc erupts. Many died trying to fight off the toad-like beasts. But even though some died, some didn't. A big group of survivors made refuge in an abandoned high school and called it "The Oasis". Everything was fine for a few years until a long foreseen nightmare came to life. There was no more food, and a huge rain filled cloud was on its way to shield the sun. Hope was almost lost, until a group of four brave individuals decided to leave the safety of The Oasis and bring the food that they need back home. Will they succeed in there journey, or will the perish in the attempt?Complete
Outside the walls
War had just broke out between the states of America. Two states remained. Yet only one wins. One state had won by peace and one state had won by destruction. The day of the fight, the state of distinction launched a nuke. Yet they had under estimated the power the nuke had. It destroyed both states and it had seemed that no one remained. 3 years latter and a little city had grown out of the destruction. Emma was a resident of that city. Emma had a different childhood than most. "Go fetch the food!" or "Go get the water!" Were the most of chores she had to do. It was grow up fast or die in her city! On Emma's 17 birthday she would be old enough to go out side of the city walls and look for communication to other parts of the world. They had found a part of a cell tower that would finish off there hand made cell tower and needed a search crew to go get it and bring it back. Emma now being old enough she tried out. She had never been outside the city walls. We're most of the adventures have already gone once or twice. Most people have said that they should not send the youngest age, and they just might be right... because Emotions, Guys, and family are all in her way.Complete

Socialism, communism, Marxism, and totalitarianism merged into a single entity that held the strings of every citizen's life. The all-seeing eye of artificial intelligence monitored every thought, every action, ensuring conformity to the established norms. Resistance was the flicker of hope that persisted in the hearts of a few. Scattered across the globe, these individuals dared to question the perfection presented to them. They yearned for a return to the democratic ways of their ancestors, where freedom, free speech, and independent living were cherished above all else.Complete

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete
