Raised from a family of master thieves, Jack's life is more magical than he thinks. Besides having skills of a phantom thief, his life has been relatively normal. That is until Jack had returned to a city called Canterlot and went to its high school. This leads to him experiencing more adventure, romance, and many other things to come and many other treasure/hearts to 'steal'. Magical times are about to occur at Canterlot High School that's for sure. Welcome to the Trickster Games! This story came as an inspiration from Jordanwolfboy9743, LordStarX101 and Shadowlight2784 who also helped with some of the ideas for it. She dashed over to them, convinced that they had heard her pleas for help. The humans would be left baffled upon her arrival, and quickly among the intellectuals of the expeditionary team, they devise a plan to handle their newest "asset," where the responsibility would fall on a young, stubborn technician, Maxwell Watts. Where the boy would learn about the echoes of humanity a machine possesses. Story takes heavy influence from works like Internecion Cube and Half-Life. Episodes in chapter titles correspond to the timeframe set to canon MD. This is my first time writing a fanfiction here! Don't expect perfection.
