Mikasa grew up from childbirth as the only daughter of the proprietors of an orphanage in the slums of Tokyo. However, both her mother are abusive in a..."unique" way. Mikasa was raised to be the perfect child. She knows how to play two instruments; the cello and the violin. If she messed up on anything, even once, her mother would give her twice the lashes of however many times she messed up. After a fire caused by cigarettes being put out in alcohol, the orphanage, along with Mikasa's father, went down in flames.

Yvaine Anais Reece is like your ordinary girl; enjoying High School with all its drama, three best friends and of course her over-protective brother. At the age of three, she got adopted by the Reece family after basically living with the orphanage her whole life since she was left at the church's doorstep minutes after birth. She thought her birth parents wouldn't look for her, but boy was she wrong! She didn't know that her birth was an entire different story and she definitely didn't know that Earth was not her real home planet. So when two different people come looking for her, will she leave everything behind and go live in a whole new planet? Or will she stay and let a war that started way before her birth come to a drastic end? Cover made by @bubblygummii Warning. Language in here. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!!
