Maureen Ricalde, a literature student and aspiring musician, believes that every song exists to coincide with what she's going through; that there's always a song that mirrors her life. Chances, coincidences, fate; these are what keep her alive. Then comes Avril Arceta, a nursing student by day and a cosplayer by night, whose life has always followed a plan. She schemes her way through everything, guided by the belief that her future depends entirely on the actions she takes.

But when the universe decides to play tricks on them and lets their souls meet, will they believe it's fate, a random circumstance, or a love story written by one of their own hands?
