Yes. The name comes from that song by Chris Issak.
In this story, Haitani Rindou and his brother are making a strategy to take down the new ruler of Roppongi.
While they were in prison someone new had taken over their little kingdom, so now the brothers are trying to get it back. Surprisingly, this is a way harder job than they thought it would be.
