After a night of unexpected events at the annual Starless Nights carnival, Amara, a bartender at a high end bar in the city follows a masked stranger through a doorway into another realm. Finding herself thrown into a world of magic, broken hearts, invasive dreams, and deception, she teams up with the enchanting Master of Hearts to find a cure for the wickedness invading Astraea.

The Master of Dreams' stone talisman has been lost and may be the key to ending the growing darkness sweeping through the land. Amara must quickly learn to fight, strategize, and build her courage, in order to save a missing prince long thought to be dead.

Elves have disappeared, fairies turned into creatures of nightmares, and the Master of War has stolen power over what is left of their people. Thrust into dreams that are not her own, will Amara bravely uncover the truth of Silverhallow or fall victim of a decade long war of vengeance?
