You're traveling world to world to complete tasks, yet you don't know who you are or why you're doing this. Furthermore, you had quite the poor memory. These tasks are given by the creator or gods of that world. Should you ever fail, "Heavenly Punishment" shall occur.
Upon falling in the new world, you were given the task by Morax.
"Your task here is help the Vigilant Yaksha, Xiao, rest."
When accepting this task, you were also remembering something. You have been in this world before!
Was he safe? Was he well? Where is he now?
Where was...
Your poor memory could not even remember what he had looked like.
However, there was a sense of familiarity you found in Xiao. Xiao also could not understand why he felt the same way..
However, things starts to turn for the worst when you caught a disease that doesn't belong to that world.

I couldn't get this story idea out my mind, so I had to write it! This is just my little add onto whatever I know so far that had happened in Genshin. Don't take this too seriously! Just made a few tweaks here and there.
For those of you wondering why there's only 1 part and is considered completed, it's because I put everything together from beginning to end of this story in one part. Yes, everything.
The reason why is because you won't need to keep flipping through the chapters and keep watching ads along the way. (The pain of just watching an advertisement during an emotional scene or cliffhanger kinda sucks)
