Johanna knows that well since her win in the 68th game and her family suffering the consequence of her not bending the knee to the Capitol. She grew cold, distant, and snappy more than before, an angry woman, sending off two tributes to die each year, having stopped caring about anything since there was no one left to hurt to get to her.
