For MIYU KIYOHARA, the world isn't as bad as most see it, why would she let herself get drowned in negative things when there are just as much of positive things? ANN RIZUNA didn't realize she barely knew anything about herself til she entered the borderlands. As a forensic scientist, she'd only have a sliver of time in her hands for herself. With a strong sense of justice, Ann finds it hard to relax, even outside of work. Her life in the borderlands wasn't much different from her life before the borderlands, still searching for something-anything every waking hour. Everything crumbles when Miyu finds her place in Ann's life. And for once, something shifts.

The borderlands wounds, Miyu couldn't tell if she was lying to herself. Though sitting and watching the hourglass slowly run out wasn't going to prove anything.
