This isn't based on the show at all. This is where a different journey between the doctor and and Rose take place. She meets him in a different scenario , with different scenarios happening to them.
Rose is not a nineteen year old shop girl from London. She is a nineteen year old spy for the world's universe's biggest secrete organization.
And they want her to do a job. A job so sinister they don't even know if Rose Tyler , there best player in he game, could even achieve it.

I also want to state that at this point in time, I have not finished watching Doctor Who, so my writing might not be as story-accurate. No hate. If this isn't what you enjoy, then don't read it.
