Romance
In a forest that blooms with memories, every tree is a soul that has died with unresolved grief. The fae tend to the forest, harvesting emotions to sustain their magic-but only mourning feeds them. Joy, hope, or acceptance kill the grove. A grieving mortal woman, Anya, comes seeking to bury her sister's ashes and forget everything. But when she plants the urn in the grove, something unprecedented happens: her grief doesn't feed the forest, it heals it. Her presence begins to awaken dormant trees and undo centuries of fae magic. Terrified, the fae try to banish her. One of them, Sorlem, a cold-hearted grief harvester exiled from his court for "feeling too much" is assigned to watch her until she leaves. But the more time he spends with her, the more of his own grief resurfaces, and the more the forest changes.

!! This story is currently in the process of being heavily edited !! [Progress: edited through chapter 2] |A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES| Perhaps it was her own fault that the people around her always ended up hurt. Perhaps she had done something, stumbled upon some curse that doomed everything she cared about to be touched by the flame. ~ Soraya Beddor was supposed to die alongside her family the night their house was burned to the ground. To the rest of the world, she was but another body that hadn't been found among the ashes. Maybe a piece of her did die that night. Because now all she wants is to hurt the people who hurt her. To find Feyre Archeron and the faeries that sentenced she and her family to death, and make them feel every bit of her pain. But does she have it in her to become just as monstrous as those who left her to ruin?
