It's All a Game (Astarion & Elara)
When Elara is kidnapped by a nautiloid ship and has a mind flayer parasite inserted into her brain, the only things on her agenda are getting home, and getting rid of the parasite. That is, until she comes across a handsome elf who is in the same predicament as her, and also happens to be a vampire. This story follows these two elves, both scarred from their pasts, both determined not to fall in love or anything so frivolous, along with a well-spoken wizard and a tiefling pulled straight from the Hells, as they journey to Baldur's Gate and try not to die in the process.

Astarion is a dangerous vampire spawn rogue, bound by shadows and scars of the past. When their paths intertwine, sparks fly. Will something beautiful bloom between them, or will it be plucked before it ever has the chance to grow? - "You are more than what he wanted you to be," I murmur quietly.
