Alaina Miller was the beloved god-daughter of the Eclipse pack, at twenty-one both her father, Beta of the pack and her Godfather, Alpha of the Eclipse pack both want her to be happy and taken care of. To achieve that they believed it was in finding her mate.
They even tried setting her up and setting her up for it to only make her feel even more guilty of the secret she was keeping from them.
He was an Alpha by birth right. Alpha of the full Moon Pack Sebastian (Bastien) Gray didn't have time for a mate. He was too busy running his pack in his father's place to worry about finding her.
However his mother thought otherwise. Always come up with new ways for him to find his mate or to meet anyone in general.
And he was growing tired.
So when the two run into each other at the annual Alphas gathering, their families breathing down their necks what are they to do?
Easy, make a deal. Pretend to be each other's Mate. Well, only one of them would be pretending. For Sebastian it was very much real.
After all, it wasn't often one found their true mate. A rarity not often talked about. Nor was it often to find said mate, unable to yet feel that bond.

The moon pack lost their Luna eleven years ago and the loss of her still impacts them all. Especially her three children and her mate. Luca the future alpha of the pack has black hair with a white streak in it, his wolf is black with a white tail tip. Daniel is short with brown hair and is wolf is a reddish brown. He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self.
