Q is an agency, a ruthless, cruel agency. It was name after the founder Q Herms. He found a way to hollow people out, to use them in a way scientist would think impossible. He found the strongest, smartest people ever, to join his agency. His agency grew over time,  so did his clients, and storage of pupets.

A contract, that's all it takes. A signature and your old life is gone, everything is gone, different, changed. The signature isn't for nothing. The clients are offered a deal, they become stronger and more powerful. But there is always a catch to becoming stronger. The agents do the dirty work for Q and are granted an incredible power: Immortality. Immortality and power beyond anyone could ever imagine in exchange for your life.... and memories of your past life. 

This agency is hidden, protected, strong. There is nothing out there like Q, or so they thought. What if there was an agency that was undoing everything that the agents did? What if the leader of the other agency had information about Q that not even the agents knew? What if all the agents were captured? Not a single one of the agents or Q himself ever thought they would have to deal with a threat from the outside world.
