Thousands of years ago, a huge war broke out between the humanoid creature's that inhabited their planet and resulting in the end of it; they were all separated by 'species'. It had been like that ever since- until a rather large group- consisting of one of every 'species'- became curious about if the others were still out there. They all snuck away from their homes, unaware of what they were about to get themselves into. 

After days of traveling, they reach a normal looking river, most of them have realized though that something isn't right about this river, as the other areas to where the other 'species' had been- was across the river. Eventually from their absences, word got out at what they were doing, and now it was everyone's mission to eliminate this group.

Her adoptive parents tell her that her biological parents were from another world, they were what mortals called, 'Half breeds'. Does this mean she's also a half breed you might ask? So then she arrived at a portal in the woods greeted by a guard. The guard sends her through the portal and when she arrived to the other she had seen something unbelievable, people just like her. They had wings, tails, and even claws. Once she got to her cabin, there was a girl with wings, who new May and this other girl would become good friends after that.

While each chapter is separate and most of the characters are doing their own thing pieces of the story do connect together and ultimately the thing that draws the cast together is unknowingly they are all fighting against the same major threat!
