In a world where supernatural beings - werewolves, witches, vampires, and humans - coexist under a fragile peace, old prejudices still linger. While some species mingle freely, others, like Raven's werewolf pack, remain strictly loyal to their kind. Raven, the daughter of a powerful alpha, is on the verge of a major life milestone: her wolf naming ceremony. At 18, she's expected to complete an ancient trial in the forest under the blood moon, where her true wolf name will be revealed. But the pressure is greater than most, as the alpha's heir, all eyes are on her. Raven begins her first year of college with clear goals: study archaeology, avoid dating, and uphold her family's honor. But from her very first class, a strange fruity scent begins to affect her, triggering intense physical reactions and clouding her focus. The scent follows her throughout the day, growing stronger until she finally meets her English professor: Sage Saraniti. Sage is a half-witch, half-human woman with a tragic past. Her father was killed by werewolves, and her mother had passed away. Once a healer, Sage now lives a quiet life as a professor, guarded and skeptical of romance - especially with werewolves. But when she sees Raven collapse outside her classroom and touches her for the first time, something shifts. Her heart races. Her magic flares. She feels an unfamiliar pull. Both women begin to unravel emotionally and spiritually as their connection intensifies. Raven soon dreams of her wolf, Ash Shadow Blood-Moon, who reveals he was awakened early because she found her destined mate. But neither Raven nor Sage is ready for what fate is demanding of them, especially when teacher and student find themselves tangled in a bond that defies every rule.
