The Wicked Witch has been defeated through the help of Hook and Phoenix giving up their relationship at the cost of Phoenix not being able to remember a thing about it. The deal Phoenix made with Alistar is unable to be broken and Alistar is no longer bound by the deal he made with another phoenix all those years ago. As time goes on, Phoenix starts to remember pieces of her past with Hook. She comes face to face with her past again, having to fight off the person she used to be to get back to the present. A person, as cold as ice, arrives wreaking havoc upon the town, trapping them in a stone burrier. Fire and ice don't mix and it's up to all of them to figure out the best course of action against his person.
