An ancient entity has descended from the depths of hell: Hemesis- devouring innocent children and turning them into living weapons, each one a twisted fragment of its growing power. As it spreads, the world rots. Cities crumble. The planet itself becomes their home. In the shadows, an elite off-the-record paramilitary force known as the VEILKEEPERS is formed and created just before Hemesis awakened. Their mission: contain the outbreak, uncover the truth, and stop the Children. As the lines blur between duty and guilt, the Veilkeepers must choose: destroy the Children they've sworn to stop or sacrifice everything in a desperate attempt to bring them back to senses.

The world has fallen into ruin. The dead roam the streets, but they aren't the only monsters left. In a world where survival is dictated by greed and betrayal, trust is a dangerous illusion. Jack never wanted to be a leader, but when the undead rise and society crumbles, he has no choice but to fight. With a group of survivors bound by fear and desperation, he must navigate a world where every step could be his last. The undead are relentless, but the living? They're far worse. As the lines between ally and enemy blur, Jack realizes that survival isn't just about fighting the undead-it's about facing the darkness within. In a world where death is inevitable, the real question is: how far will you go to live?
