Golden dust from the seemingly endless desert infiltrated the air, the harsh winds creating some sort of ominous harmony alongside the abandoned village that lied ahead of them where blood had stained walls and bronze-colored paths where crops and chests have been torn and knocked over. A sad sight, almost pitying, even. But in a harsh world where the undead haunt at night as zombies and skeletons, and living so far away from peace and trust meant that nearly anything was an opportunity worth more than diamonds.

And so, they slowly scouted the bloodied and forgotten town, taking anything that would prove worthy to them regardless of it if it was sticks or ores. Their eyes were glazed with irritation from the cruel dust, with calloused palms and scuffed skin as their lips yearned for some sort of hydration or oasis. But despite those liabilities, their hearing was still as sharp as ever--the sound of rough wool whipping in the air nearby in the distance.
