Mirabella Santoro is the daughter of a powerful Italian mafia boss and is promised to Nikolai Volkov, the heir to the Russian mafia, to solidify an alliance. One of the many problems is the Mexican mafia has been after her and her sister, Carlotta, for years. The cartel doesn't know what she looks like, only that she carries the same tattoo all Italians have.

Diego Ramirez, heir to the Mexican Cartel, crosses paths with Mirabella when she visits one of his clubs. He doesn't recognize her, only knows he's intrigued. Soon he learns her identity-Santoro blood-and he knows he should kill her. Instead, he becomes obsessed.

Mirabella seeks a way out of her arranged marriage and strikes a deal with the Ramirez family. Meanwhile, Nikolai, trying to prove himself more powerful than his father, is in deep with the Mexican mafia too.

As Mirabella and Diego's connection deepens, so does the danger around them. They should be enemies, but the chemistry between them is too strong to deny.
