The Reject Mate

"I Nate Grey Silverwood Reject you Trisha Daph-" Before he can get the chance to finish the words I've been dreading my whole life I let out and ear piercing scream and run as fast as I can to the green forest. I Trip on a giant log and crash to my knees, landing painfully and having a twig impale my knee. I scream out in pain as I try to remove the brank but to no avail. I suddenly look up to see a huge gray wolf with black paws growling at my sad, week injured form. I bow my head in submission when I finally feel the pain of the bond breaking from my mate, I look up at the wolf once more with tears staining my cheeks and as he looks into my eyes howls than screams "MATE."
