It's not something that can just go away - no one usually accepts him, well, aside from weird, middle-aged, married men. Male omegas make up less than 2% of the population, even rarer than female alphas which make up just under 5% of the population - still extremely rare, but not to the same level. Due to this, male omegas are often alienated by society and often hide away, presenting themselves as Betas to the general public and keeping their real identity hidden.

Betas make up the majority of the population, taking up a huge 55%, leaving female omegas to make up 25% of the population and male alphas making up the last 13%. Of those omegas and alphas overall, only 2% of each are primes, making a male prime omega the rarest breed there is - they make up not even 1% of the entire world's documented population. Again, they are extremely alienated and almost unheard of by society, some even making the news purely for that reason if it isn't kept under wraps.

That is why it comes as a huge surprise when Nezu gets an application from a male prime omega, including the necessary measures to have in place just to consider him as a student.
