the Vessel & the Cage [Reader insert]

After entering the closet, kris found himself in a grand adventure. While exploring the dark world they made friends, confronted enemies, and took part of a grand prophecy, having the fate of the world at their hands.

Kris, Susie and Ralsei. The human, the monster and the prince from the dark. Together they managed to get through the card kingdom, finally defeating the chaos king the dark fountain stood in front of them. Although they struggled and even died, Kris had a special power, the power to [SAVE] and [LOAD].

As they tried to seal the fountain, nothing happened, they tried again, nothing happened... something was wrong. As they asked Ralsei, the prince nervously asked kris about their soul.
When they showed it to him the prince only gasped as they muttered something.
"It isn't red?".

Without being able to seal the fountain, the world was doomed, and then the world was covered in darkness. But this wasn't the end of the story. With their power, kris [LOAD]ed their save file and tried and again, and again, and again....

Until something finally changed, like an angel a being descended with the power to change everything, whether for the better or worse.
