They say opposites attract-Vivian wishes they didn't. Vivian Pham was what you would call an overachiever. She was put together, a perfectionist, and student council vice president. She was the kind of girl that had her future set and planned. Aiden Nguyen on the other hand? Her total opposite. He was the school jock. Popular, athletic, and charming. Always late to his basketball games and had a reputation for never taking anything seriously. They've never gotten along - in fact, they quite literally hate eachother. Their parents were old family friends, basically the reason why they even acknowledge eachother in the first place. Their parents favor the other child, only adding to the fuel. The constant comparisons only add tension each time they face eachother. But when Vivian finds out her long-time crush had eyes on someone else for prom, one who happens to be everything she's not, the panic settles in. And Aiden on the other hand? He's in deep trouble after rumors are spreading about him like wildfire for hooking up with a girl that he didn't know the name to. The solution? They fake date eachother to fix their own messes. The more time they spend together, the more they realize they aren't pretending. But when old secrets come out and the relationship feels too real, they both ask themselves: were they ever even pretending?

When you hate someone, you ignore them, hate them quietly and build up reasons to stack that hatred. What happens when they shove a way into your life? They highlight your problems, the things that are breaking you and you can't do anything about it. What happens when that person is the only person that cares enough to reach out, to help you, to show you that they care? When they pull you in, you push away.. right? Right? ~ Otis Kaifer is doing great! He's got a sports scholarship, he's the co-captain of the soccer team in college. He has a loving girlfriend who loves him and a best friend who would die for him. But with life, somethings wrong. Rumours are floating about, people are talking and Otis refuses to confront it, he can't, his perfect life that he strives for would be broken. He just can't. So, Chase Sorinas doesn't really care about Otis' whole thing. If anything, the only connection that they both share if that Otis is dating Darcy Glossm, and her twin sister: Lexi Glossm is Chase's best friend and maybe they have a friends with benefits thing going on. Too many names, too many connections and Chase.. shouldn't care. But seeing someone trying to put their life back together with used tape with crumbs on the sticky side.. yeah it made him feel bad. And if Lexi is so adamant about helping.. maybe he could move the walls around a bit and see where they go. It wouldn't hurt to try right? To pull someone in, to learn a new way to love, even if it hurts. Even if you have to wait. Maybe it's worth it. ~ (WARNING: This story contains: sexual language, sexual activities, underage drinking, substance misuse and possibly much more. Read at your own risk.)
