Moving to a new school wasn't supposed to change everything. But then there's her-the girl with a fiery spirit who teases like she's fighting a war only they understand. From stolen pens and pulled hair to quiet moments where his eyes soften just by her presence, their story is anything but simple. They're caught in a push and pull-friendship, teasing, silence, and the kind of tension that lingers in the air long after words fade. As the days pass, the distance grows. She starts ignoring him, and the silence between them becomes its own language-one filled with heartbreak, hope, and unspoken feelings. This is a story about the messy, complicated way we love. About the moments that hurt, the ones that heal, and the quiet hope that maybe, just maybe, they'll find their way back to each other. A poetic tale of love, loss, and the little things that mean everything. Fantasy. Romance. Real feels.

------------- "Why're you staring at me?" I ask teasingly. I hear him letting out a breath, of embarrassment or guilt I don't know. "I may have unintentionally hurt you, on several occasions. I may have done the wrong thing more than once. But despite all of that I still like you, hell if I know I might love you. I've never felt the way I feel about you for anyone else before. I can't stop thinking about you. Your laugh, your smile, your voice. How you manage to pull a joke at a time like this, to how peaceful, and beautiful you look when you're sleeping." I smile. "You okay? Did you hit your head or somethin'?" I tease. "Shut up." ------------------------- Olivia, a 16-year-old girl with a tragic past. Her sister was kidnapped and brutally killed, her father comes up with the brilliant idea of moving. As she's getting settled in school, she meets this mysterious boy, and before she knows it she is dragged into hell. Literally. Figuring out that the kidnapper is connected to the murder of her sister, might be her downfall. Especially when she finds out her big family secret, and the terrifying fact that her classmate, is in fact, a demon. How will she deal with the new turn of events and how her life has been turned completely upside down. Especially when she was convinced that she would only focus on school, something that is now so far down on her list of important things to worry about, that she barely even remembers to show up to class.
