Satella knew that her beloved's life in this world would be filled with agony and pain, that for better and most likely worse he would never be the same, and still she brought him here.
But she had a plan, focusing on one of Echidna's multiple research topics, she managed to create a set of gifts that would let Subaru shape himself into the person, the hero that he was always destined to be and reach the heights few in this world have.

Re: Zero Arc 9 Spoilers; Aldebaran's plan had worked. Despite the efforts of the Emilia camp, Aldebaran had managed to succeed in throwing Subaru into the Geyser, but something unexpected had happened. Emilia, without a second's hesitation, jumps into the Geyser, catching the black orb containing Subaru and Beatrice. They will now have to find Subaru's parents and adapt to life in Subaru's world. Rem will also make it to Subaru's world, but that will happen in a later chapter, as I want to delay her arrival slightly.

Emilia interrupted her. "...hmph! I will allow it..." She trailed off, pouting while turning her head away to hide the pink hue on her cheeks from her 'parents'. -- Natsuki Subaru had many expectations in mind when he was summoned to a magical fantasy world. Fathering an unusually strong child claiming to be his daughter... Was certainly not one of them. Even if she proclaims herself as the "Great Spirit of Yang".

What if, during Arc 8, when Subaru and his allies face Sphinx and the undead, everything falls apart. The undead spiral out of control, turning on everyone. they have started to eat and infecting everyone. The magic of the world has also been almost erased and the mana in the air is also next to none. Od laguna has taken away all divine protections and has abandoned the world. So will now Subaru be able to protect his loved ones in this cruel world?
