Rafa Silvano, a sharp-tongued Journalism major from UP Diliman, built his name on viral columns and biting commentary. Leo Manzano, Ateneo’s courtside darling and editor-in-chief, is known for his charm, camera-perfect reporting, and perfectly crafted words.

For two years, they’ve been rivals from afar — clashing on Twitter, competing for the same awards, and writing side by side in UAAP press releases. But when the league announces a student-led docuseries, Rafa and Leo are chosen to represent their schools. Now, they’ll spend a season traveling together, covering games, sharing deadlines, and seeing each other beyond the rivalry.

In packed media rooms and echoing arenas, tension gives way to banter, late-night edits turn into quiet moments, and the line between competition and connection starts to blur.
