She and Kurt met when he broke up with his girlfriend, Courtney. Kurt was in a bad place, and she was there for him. She and Kurt married a year later, and a year after that, she had a little boy. Their happiness didn't last long, because on April 8th of 1994, Kurt was found deceased, and Tish was devastated. He had died on the 5th, and she hadn't even known he was gone, because he had disappeared a couple of days before saying he needed to clear his head. The first person she called was her father, and he flew her straight out to where he was staying. He wanted her to stay with him, because he felt that she was too emotionally unstable to be on her own with her child.
