Author's Note

I am a devoted fan of the iconic television series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. This story is my heartfelt tribute to a show that shaped an era of romance and drama in Indian television.

While I deeply admire the original plot, characters, and dialogues created by the show's talented writers and creators, there were two aspects that always left a pang in my heart as a viewer:

Arnav Singh Raizada's harshness toward Khushi, and his tendency to constantly blame her - even when her heart was pure.
Akash Singh Raizada's passiveness, especially during moments when he should have stood up for Payal and their love.

In this fan adaptation, I have chosen to remain faithful to the original storyline and dialogues as much as possible. However, I will gently modify these two character arcs to better reflect the emotional depth and fairness I hoped to see. Arnav will still be the intense man we know, but with a touch more sensitivity where it counts. And Akash will no longer stay silent when his voice is needed.
