The Day the Sun Set
Nineteen years ago, the skies over Suncrest dimmed unnaturally when tragedy struck. The young prince Oon Rojanapat, his parents-King Arthit and Omega Consort Kongpob-and the Prime Minister Korn had journeyed to the far north to inaugurate a community school. Only one returned.
Prime Minister Korn staggered out of the woods days later, bloodied and broken, muttering a single name: "Oon."
The kingdom mourned. No bodies were ever recovered.
