Baarish bhi kab puchti hai aane se pehle, vo to bs aa jati hai,
Just like him.

"A-aap... aap yahaan?"
Her voice trembled-surprised, confused, shaken. Of all times, she never imagined him, definitely not here, not in front of her.
Not today.
Not Ever Again.

He slowly lifted his right hand up supporting it with the other and gently placed it on his chest, right above his heart, the same way he always did when words felt too heavy.
"Haan..." he breathed.
"Aajkal, ...is dil ne kaam karna chhod jo diya hai."
"Maine socha agar ek baar apni Jaan ko dekh lega, toh shayad fir jee uthega..."
He smiled-broken, soft.
"Aur ab dekho... rukne ka naam hi nahi le raha."

His smile- it was everything to her. So precious, she wanted it to preserve it in her sight forever.
But destiny? It was cruel.
A little too much to them.

She looked away. She had to. Otherwise, her emotions would take control and ruin everything she had built in all these years.
Because even after all this time, after she had buried him deep within herself- His presence... It still made her heart forget its promises.

But she couldn't afford it. Not now, not ever. So, She clenched her heart tight trying to keep it in place and stood firm.
Her voice- cold now.
But her eyes?
They told a different story.
"Main ab aapki kuch nahi lagti Azeez."

And he,
He just smiled. Not bitter. Not angry. Just... aching.
"Kehti ho kuch nahi lagti..."
"Phir bhi Azeez keh ke bulati ho."

"Mr. Raichand..." she whispered, her voice trembling. "Aditya..." he murmured, eyes burning into hers. "Say it." He pulls her close in a spin, her hair whips against his jaw, making him smirk as he tightens his hold on her waist. His palm slides slowly from the curve of her back to the side of her thigh as he guides her movements, making her shiver but forcing herself to stay composed. She swallowed, lifting her chin, meeting his gaze. Something shifted. They were no longer husband and wife bound by arrangement, but two souls locked in a storm. "Aditya.." Aaradhya whispered, her voice seductive. Aditya inhaled a sharp breath his hold tightning on her. Their steps grew sharper. Her leg hooked around his thigh in a daring cross, her slit revealing flashes of skin that made his jaw clench. His hand gripped her back, dangerously low, daring her to protest. Every turn, every press, every snap of their heels told a story anger, desire, unspoken hunger. The music built to its peak. Aditya spun Aaradhya one last time, then caught her in a deep, breathtaking dip. Her hair brushed the marble floor, her lips inches from his. The crowd erupted in applause, but they didn't hear it. Aditya pulled her upright, holding her tight, chest to chest. His lips hovered by her ear. "Mrs. Aditya Raichand," he whispered. "An arranged marriage. Two broken souls. One uncertain future." 👨‍⚖️Aditya Raichand - Once the heart of every room, a boy full of life, laughter, and love. Now? Cold. Distant. Ruthless. A man who buries kindness beneath layers of silence. He trusts no one-not even himself. 👩‍⚕️Aaradhya Malhotra - Once a lively, fearless dreamer who spoke her heart out. Now? Quiet. Guarded. Broken. Her smiles are rare, her past a wound she never talks about. Forced into an arranged marriage by their families, their worlds collide.🤵‍👰‍ They don't believe in love. They don't believe in healing. And they definitely don't believe in each other.

"Please Abhi ji... " she begged, her voice shaky, eyes searching his face for a flicker of mercy. She stepped back until the wall stopped her escape, her chest rising and falling rapidly. She could see it in his eyes-he was angry. But his voice? Too calm. Too controlled. And that scared her more than his rage ever could. He took another step forward, calm as ever, as if he wasn't burning inside. "Jaana, dar kyun rahi ho? Main kuch nahi karunga. Mat daro," he said smoothly, but the coldness in his gaze betrayed the lie behind his soft tone. (Darling, why are you scared? I won't do anything. Don't be afraid.) Her voice broke, laced with panic. "Aapne vada kiya tha... ki aap mujh par zabardasti nahi karenge," she reminded him, holding on to the last thread of hope. (You promised... that you wouldn't force yourself on me,) He smiled slightly, a calm too dangerous to trust."Aur Jaana, aapne bhi toh vada kiya tha ki aap apne boyfriend se kabhi nahi milengi. Aapne apna vada tod diya... ab meri baari " (And darling, you also promised that you would never meet your boyfriend. You broke your promise... now it's my turn.) His hands gripped her wrists and pressed them gently against the wall, not hurting her, but not letting her go either. Then, with a deliberate slowness, he leaned in and kissed her earlobe-sending a shiver down her spine. She squeezed her eyes shut, her heart pounding. She knew this wasn't about love. It was about control. Tropes: Grumpy × Sunshine He fell first, but she fell harder Possessive officer × innocent college girl Obsessed from the first glance Morally grey protector Touch her and you're dead Jealousy in uniform "Stay away from me" × "Make me" Danger disguised as devotion "I'm not good for you" × "I don't care" Trigger Warning: This story contains mature and sensitive themes including smut, manipulation, obsessive love, non-consensual scenes, and emotional/physical coercion .

"I will die Ekansh... Please, I dont know what i will do without you. Please forgive me." She begged trying to hold his hand but he jerked his hand away from her as if her touch burnt him. He laughed looking at her state and shook his head mocking her. "What another lie have you brought now? Come on.. start your performance. Let me see how much you have improved your skills." She bit her lips controlling her sobs listening to him fresh tears were flowing down merciless looking at the man infront of her who loved her to the moon and back and today hated her with same intensity. Reason? Her. She broke him with her own hands.. with all she had she broke him, betrayed him.Now god is punishing her for breaking him. She wiped her tears ignoring his harsh words. "Ekansh.. you cant do this with me, you loved me and I know you still love me. You are just blinded by your anger.. I have changed, I regret What I did. Please let me make everything right.. please forg-" She stopped and flinched when he smashed his hand on the table hard making her words die in her throat. He threw the things down in his rage and the glass pieces shattered on the floor some landing near her feet making her shudder seeing his anger towards her. "You digusting woman.. get lost of my sight before I kill you with my bare hands. Your trap will not work this time so dont waste your time.. go find some another bastard to fulfill your needs." If this words of his stabbed her heart then his next words buried her alive. "I have moved on from a disgusting girl like you and she.. hell she cant be even compared with a dirt like you. So dont dream. I am happy with my girl who is loyal and trustworthy unlike you... get lost." Before she could digest anything a girl came inside his study running calling his name. "Ansh what happened?-" He was right he has moved on from her. She closed her eyes not able to bear the sight infront of her and cursing her broken fate. ______________________

He realized she didn't understand his intention. "Get intimate with me, tell me that you love me, and I'll believe you. I'll believe that you're telling the truth," he said, or more precisely, made an offer. She couldn't process his words. Her heart broke as she listened to him. •••• His expression darkened, pain flickering in his eyes. "Kya kami reh gayi thi, Amisha? Sab kuch diya tha tumhe... apna dil tumharee kadmon mein rakha tha. And still, you did this) Tears gathered in his eyes, though he struggled to maintain his demeanor, reminding himself he couldn't afford to be soft. "You're hurting me," she whispered, her voice cracking slightly. His eyes flickered with guilt, but he didn't let go. "And what about the hurt you caused me?I loved you, Amisha. I gave you everything. My heart, my soul... everything. And still, you didn't choose me." Tears welled up in her eyes. "You should have looked into my eyes once, it was always you Vivaan.
