Life in Tallgrasss, Texas was, in a word, eventful.
We were a very peaceful town, if you were to excuse the freak lab accidents and robberies that occurred weekly. We had a nice residential area, a good school system, and a mob or two who liked to take hostages every now and then. No big deal though, there was always Wonderboy to save us.
If you couldn't tell back there, that was sarcasm. 
No one ever questioned the Wonderboy in tights, they just accepted that their cops were half rate, their government was screwy, and the voice of the people was a super powered teenager.
Not. A. Single. One.
That is, of course, excluding me.
