Chay remembers the fear of seeing bodies laying on the bar floor. Kim remembers the fear as he took down attacker after attacker for what would happen if just one of them got to Chay. Maybe their story should ended there. Or maybe they should've gotten a happily ever after like Vegas and Pete; or Kinn and Porsche. But, Chay has never been that lucky and Kim has never had things that easy. Still the unresolved feelings remain between them and danger is surrounding them. Neither Kim or Chay knows if a happy ending is possible for them, yet neither of them can stop reaching for the other to stay.
