Update 4:15pm 1/27/13: ok i did the same thing on my pokemon red instead of blue and it turns out the mewtwo is really lvl 132 its i guess disguised or something. Ok I discovered how to get mewtwo before the pokemon league WITHOUT cheats. It's actually surprisingly easy to encounter considering its the strongest and rarest in the game. I may make a video and post it on YouTubeAll Rights Reserved
