After discovering a plot of a haunted farmhouse, Kate Collins - the restoration lead - takes interest in her team discovering the secrets of the Grange Farm. Surrounded by dense woods, overgrown fields, and decayed barns, nothing in the plot itself will grow. Desolate of animals and crops alike, the land is utterly rotten. However, once the team comes into the land, something rotten sees purity it must stain. The house comes to life, and so does the land.

Eleven-year-old Carley Moore has spent her whole life on her family's farm, tending to the animals, plowing fields, and caring for the horses Penelope and Jeremy-two of the most trusted heads of the herd. But when her father sells the nearby woods to make ends meet, something dark awakens beyond the fences. Late one night, Carley vanishes without a trace. Her kidnappers? A pack of vengeful wolves led by Louis, a fierce leader with a painful past. Once loyal friends to Carley's father, the wolves were betrayed when their home was taken from them-and now, they want revenge. As Carley struggles to survive in the wolves' hidden den deep within the forbidden forest, secrets unravel. She begins to realize that there's more to the feud between the horses and wolves than anyone ever told her. The truth could change everything-if she can escape before it's too late. Mystery. Friendship. Betrayal. The forest is watching... and not everything that stalks in the dark is what it seems.
