Dragged out of hiding by the Fireflies, she gets shoved into the care of an angry smuggler who has a strange disliking to her, and a past he won't talk about.
Indi had a simple plan: stay quiet, stay alive, and don't trust anyone. Especially not him. But the road ahead is long, twisted, and way too traumatising for a 14 year old.
She doesn't know whats worse; dying young- or surviving like this.

Ellie found traveling with Joel to be both rewarding and simultaneously frustrating. It was like talking to a cold, emotionless brick wall sometimes.
