Serafina is just a simple nail technician who lives a simple life, until one day she discovers her favorite client is being beaten by her husband, the cops won't do anything and the woman fears for her life if she leaves. Serafina decides to take matters into her own hands and kill the husband..it happens by mistake of course, she never means to kill him just to scare him, but once she kills him she has to cover her tracks and pretend it never happened..but then word gets around that she can help women, suddenly this simple nail technician is labeled a vigilante, who paints the design of flowers on one single nail on each victim. She falls for one woman in needs brother, Tate Reid, the brother seems to be enjoying the company of his sister's friend, but he's also more suspicious than anyone she's ever dealt with, and it's not until she kills the woman's husband, that she realizes the woman's brother is none other than a detective. She plans on keeping her identity secret from Tate as best she can, but he's smart and starts to put the pieces together, but now he's left with the choice of turning her in, or helping her..caught between the law and love, Tate doesn't know what to do, meanwhile Serafina goes on to do what she does best, act normal, do nails, and kill abusers.
