A childhood friend, or was she a childhood burden who insisted on following him around like a lost puppy his whole life? He was never sure. He told himself he didn't care for her and didn't need to protect her, but yet he still found himself trusting and sheltering her more than anyone, even himself.

There may be some smut or heated parts but I'm not sure yet and also this was inspired by six of crows and the kanej relationship :) also I have no clue how long this will be but im thinking it will be on the shorter side.
