More Than Roommates

They say a lot can change in a year.

For Caroline Evans, that year was supposed to be quiet-focused. After everything she'd been through, this was her second chance. A new college, a new city, a fresh start. She was ready to bury the past, to keep her head down, ace her final year, and make her family proud. She had promised her brother she'd stay out of trouble, and she meant it.

Aaron Walter-the name echoed through the campus like a warning and a thrill all at once. The bad boy with a smirk that could melt steel and a reputation that kept people talking long after he left the room. He smoked. He drank. He partied hard and lived harder. And he definitely didn't do "quiet."

He also didn't do roommates.
Especially not ones like her.
